Idaho's Bounty is working

  • to always know where our food comes from and who's producing it and to encourage ethics and sustainable farm practices.
  • to support the growth and health of our local foodshed and rural economy while striving to shrink our carbon footprint.

This is Idaho's Bounty

Idaho's Bounty is much more than a business. We work to ensure the integrity of our local foodshed by focusing on the relationships between producers and customer. Cultivating such a food community ensures healthy, sustainably produced food.

Idaho's Bounty has established relationships with over 60 farms, each of which responds in kind to what eating customers ask of them. New farmers, both young and old, call us each week to ask if they can participate. Old and new recognize the need to ensure southern Idaho food needs by working with a different system.

Help us grow this network, and grow our healthy communities.

Our History

The Idaho's Bounty team started meeting together in October 2006. Check out what we've been up to since then.

Our Products and Producers

The foodshed in South Central Idaho has a rich history of food production in vegetables, salad greens, melons, corn, tomatoes, farmed fish, poultry and eggs, fruit, dairy and ranched meat. Idaho's Bounty's dedicated growing list of producers are the strong spokes in the new wheel of the Southern Idaho local food movement.
