I/we affirm that my/our principal purpose in applying for membership is to market my agricultural producers in accordance with the Co-op's Production Standards. I/we understand that producer membership also entitles me/us to purchase agricultural products from the Co-op in the same manner as is available to its consumer members.

I/we affirm that I/we have read and understood the Co-op's Production and Marketing Standards, and that my present production practices conform to such requirements and will continue to do so unless I inform the Co-op to the contrary. I/we understand that the Co-op is in a start-up phase and that these requirements are subject to change.

I/we affirm that my username and password will be used only by my/ourselves or other authorized agents.

I/we understand that the share hereby subscribed for may not be transferred except to the Co-op, will entitle me/us to no dividends, is subject to assessment for the reasonable capital needs of the Co-op, may be redeemed at no more than its issuing price, and that all of the foregoing is further explicated in the Co-op's articles of incorporation and bylaws which contain or will contain further terms and conditions.

I/we understand that funds remitted pursuant to this subscription agreement are subject to the risks inherent in any start-up enterprise of this character, and that such risks may result in the loss of part or all of such funds.
