Producers are paid once a month for all order cycles in that month.
You will receive this payment by the 15th of the following month.

Our Mission and Vision encompasses both the certified organic farmer as well as the small non-certified farmer who is using sustainable practices. What is most important to Idaho's Bounty is our producers' care for quality and freshness, ethics and sustainability and a healthy and short energy trail in their food production.

Online Market Hours
Opens: Thursday, 8 AM Closes: Monday, 10 AMHow to Sell Food Online With Idaho's Bounty
- Producers login and list what they have available to sell. The producer sets his or her own prices for products. The computer will calculate the retail and restaurant prices for you when you put in your selling price.
- The Online Food Market's weekly order cycle opens Thursday morning at 8am sharp. All products offered for the week must be posted by Thursday's open. Your inventory quantities may be updated at any time during the order cycle.
- As customer members shop and place products in their shopping cart, your inventories are available to them based on your posted quantities on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- The order cycle closes at 10am Monday morning.
- Producers check and pack their orders, upload weights, check unavailable products as "out".
- Products are picked up from producers/delivered to Idaho's Bounty Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning, depending on your location on our truck route. Products are checked in at our distribution centers and sent out that day to our Bountiful Pick-up Sites.
- Members pick up orders and enjoy the flavors of fresh, locally grown Idaho foods!
