Soon after I moved to Gooding Idaho a friend encouraged me to try selling my wonderful bread and jam at Farmers Market. It did not take long through special request for me to start researching gluten free bread. What I found was bread that tasted like cardboard, finally I was able come up with a good tasting bread that even non gluten free people would enjoy eating. I believe that if I don't like the tast of my product I won't sell it.
