About Us Rolling in Dough was started in 2007 by Nancy Rutherford baking apple tarts, Linzer tortes and a few breads for Idaho's Bounty. The bakery has continued to grow since then. Nancy is still doing all of the baking to maintain the highest quality, but now offering Christmas Stollen, Danish Pastries, Lemon Tarts and many more classics. Rolling in Dough wants to make pastries that are as good as your favorite french bakery and almost as good as your grandmother's.
