About Us
Who would have thought that I would move to Idaho and become so involved in raising ducks, sheep, two mustangs and three dogs who play an integral part in the raising and caring for all of these critters. It is a lifelong dream to have animals in my life that I can care for and learn great wisdom from them. They bring to my life laughter, peace and an involvement in their lives that I never knew existed, they are great teachers and the trust that show to me is such a gift.

Ingredients
For those of you have been reluctant to try or use duck eggs, get ready for a surprise, baking with them is wonderful, I made a Oatmeal treat for humans and critters it was so tasty that it will go with me to work, all things wonderful is how I look at the variety of uses that I've tried and the real surprise that looms before you is that you know where they live, how they eat and the loving care they receive. Give them a try you are only limited by your imagination. The ingredients are duck eggs and whatever you choose to use them for.

Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
I practice holistic and sustainable ways of caring and making their environment safe for all living beings. I don't use pesticides, hormones, herbicides or GMO products. The pasture and their dwellings are well cared for and kept clean and warm. I'm with them daily I can check them for any illness, a hurt hoof or a beak that looks like I should take an extra look at, they allow me to do this with such trust. The pastures are safe for all.

Additional Information
These charming and very vocal ducks are not caged, they are allowed complete access to their pasture, when it is not covered with deep snow, in the spring I will be opening their door and with only my voice will move them to one of their most treasured events, the pond and wild grass, plus bugs galore, they love to poke at the fleeces of the sheep and search for bugs, the sheep love it.

Highlights this Month
Heritage duck eggs - they come in all sizes and colors and I love visiting the ducks and being overwhelmed with joy when I pick them up and marvel that I know what they eat and they are well cared for. Duck eggs are great for baking, omelets and frittas and scrambled eggs with salsa is so scrumptious, what fun to know where these came from, what they ate and by the way I thank them each day for what they have given me, whatever I receive from these eggs goes right back into their feed and any supplies they might need. Enjoy!
