Fresh Fruit, Berries, Veggies and Herbs About Us Since 1995 our family has grown specialty fruit, berries,herbs, flowers, and veggies in the beautiful Payette river valley of Emmett. All of our Berries, Veggies, flowers, and Herbs are grown using natural methods (compost, crop rotation, cover crops, natural fertilizers, no chemical sprays, etc.) We do implement the use of some sprays in our orchards. We keep it minimal and are working on figuring out more and more natural ways to deal with these pests, while still maintaining the quality level we and our customers expect. We sell, every week, April - October, at The Capital City Public Market in Downtown Boise on Saturday Mornings and Thursday Evenings. At both Woodriver Valley Markets: Ketchum, Tuesday Afternoons and Hailey, Thursday Afternoon. And we are glad to be a part of Idaho's Bounty.
