Purple Sage's Raw Kombucha is small-batch brewed with organic green tea and our farm-raised organic herbs. We slow brew the green tea to bring out the highest concentration of polyphenols then add mint for its great flavor. Our Kombucha is unfiltered and raw and, as such, is in a more concentrated form than commercially produced kombucha. That's why we recommend only 1 to 2 ounce servings....making this bottle a great value. We use upcycled wine bottles from Boise's Sustainable Futures and seal each bottle with a re-usable cork stopper.
