About Us Theresa Strolberg has been selling fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, pies, etc. at the Twin Falls Farmers Market and the Ketchum Farmers Market. She is now selling to a small CSA. Organic methods have been used since about 1982 and the farm became certified in 2002. This is truly a way of life -- to protect the environment and have healthy food. Browse through our Products for Sale Ingredients All value added products have organic and natural ingredients. Fruits in pies, jams etc. are Idaho grown, organic, by the Ecology Patch. There are no products using GMOs. Baked items contain freshly ground organic flours. There is no white sugar, white flour, artficial colors or flavors. There are basically no chemical additives. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) The Ecology Patch Produce has always been grown using organic methods. Highlights this Month A large variety of jams, chutneys, and pickles will continue to be available. Order ahead I will be taking a winter vacation soon.
